What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health Care, Life Insurance, STD and LTD options.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Very authoritative and removed. Needs to encouraging team approach instead of keeping staff separated. Very poor follow-through with employee engagement and suggestions. Very poor training but it's been that way for years. Sadly, getting worse instead of better despite all the "paper" evidence.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Have to cover each other to get time off - some staff are very supportive of one another in making sure a staff gets a completed vacation. May approve 4 out of 5 days but not the 3rd day and staff have to find their own coverage.
