My experience has been mostly positive. When Covid hit, I was very unsure how a nonprofit was going to be impacted but we have not only persevered, we have risen up and flown in the last year.
Since starting at the organization, I've always felt like I belonged and had a voice. My work is valued and I genuinely feel as though I'm able to make a positive impact while continuing to grow professionally.

Good! Having a great manager makes a world of a difference and makes coming to work somewhat effortless. Ceres needs to work on creating more structure when making hiring decision, promotions, and pay increase. Focus more on data to drive programmatic decision.
