It has been a very positive experience. Yes there's been challenges along the way, what company doesn't have them. But leadership team seems committed to creating a strong, supportive experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The honesty. Felt I was given a very accurate depiction of life at Cherwell during the interview process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare coverage is good, as is the 401K benefits. Days off are flexible as long as I work out a plan in advance with my manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenged to bring my best every day. Definitely a work hard, play hard mentality. But not stressful. Just a strong group of people who like to be challenged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong desire to win. We are competing against a very large company and most acknowledge that what we're trying to do is not easy, but the hunger for success is strongly visible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly collaborative. Fun to work with, enjoy our regular outings for lunch or happy hour. Also feel the team overall is very strong. Everyone is carrying a heavy load but seems to manage well without bringing stress into the environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has a very ambitious plan in place and has a well detailed plan in place to give the company a chance to hit its goals. Overall the team brings a great deal of experience having all worked for, and led, very successful teams.
