Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have only one real concern and that's that we're not really hitting our sales numbers. That feels pretty dire, but I'm not on that team. I also wish I was able to move upward a bit more, but I'm far from unhappy with my position.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Actually, my best benefit is the ability to work remotely.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better medical and dental insurance. It feels really expensive for what we get.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Meeting the people here and getting a sense of the culture impressed and excited me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are a pretty fun group. Most people seem pretty committed to producing quality outputs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We trust each other - both to get the job done and to have each others backs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have a lot of fun together. I think we tend to recruit and hire pretty smart, mellow people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The addition of Sam Gilliland and other new executives has had a marked improvement on morale, interdepartmental communication and strategic vision.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the exposure to leadership I've gotten lately. I feel like I'm being grown as a professional, and that's really gratifying.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I feel empowered to make the right decisions for the right reasons. That hasn't always been the case here, so my personal outlook has improved drastically this year.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People believe in the product. While there is some negativity and exhaustion from the pace of change, people still feel motivated to do the right things. We pull together.

What makes you most happy at work?

I get to control the priorities in my workload, so I get to focus on where I think I will have the greatest impact to that load. It's very freeing.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together and provide a very high-quality output. Just about the time I think I'm crushing it, I look at one of my counterparts and think, "I've really got to up my game!"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The PTO program is a bit problematic. The ability to work from home makes up for that to a large extent. The other benefits are are a bit pricey for what we get.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team is moving in the right direction. There are still pockets of empire building and old-school thinking, but I feel like Sam (our new CEO) is building a much better team with smart new process and discipline.
