More pay- market rate. Better raises or provide a bonus.

I LOVE my boss. She is the greatest leader I have every had. I feel she is transparent with me about my job, team, department and company.

How amazingly awesome my leadership team is. They are supportive, encouraging and understanding. I am treated like a person with respect and kindness. I could NEVER ask for any other kind of leadership!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am underpaid. I am somewhat okay with it because of how great my job, team and leadership is. If I was at market for my role and paid for the goals I've hit year after year. That would be great.
