Completing projects and proving to people in the organisation that difficult things are possible

They have a consistent message and are very open regarding our performance, what we are doing and why we want to do it.

They are transparent in what they are trying to achieve and come from a history of contributing to companies like ours their whole career. They value the culture and understand the marketplace.

The standard of the work we produce is good. We have a team f highly skilled pros and we're able to keep a high bar because of the comp we can offer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have company values of hear hunger humility and honesty. People take these seriously and even in our year end review we look for examples of where we've exhibited these behaviours. Again the openness from the top of our organisation is also a huge plus for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a manager so facilitating people to do great things is what makes me happy at work. If we can give clear direction on a project that allows individuals the freedom to make choices succeed on their own then I feel like I've done a good job.
