There is lots of energy. People really do want to please customers. The company culture really encourages serving others in your community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance benefits are more expensive than other places I've worked. The compensation feels low especially with the amount of pressure to grow the business.
