What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since the current leadership team has been in place, we've had very few "rumors" floating around - I see this as an indication that our leadership team is being as honest and transparent as they can be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexible work schedule and work-from-home policy are critical for people who don't work on a time clock. We are responding to our customers early in the morning and late at night, and enjoy working throughout our day, with the balance of knowing that we can be away if needed between 8 and 5.
