I enjoy problem solving, my position affords that luxury.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have lost focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be an adjustment across my department, but that most likely will not happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard to ensure customers are taken care of. They work well with each other and continue to develop as individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is in rapid decline with the ELT changes. But I enjoy the people I work with most as the culture i came here for is disappearing.
