I haven't had a raise in 5 years to my base salary.

We are dedicated but have fun and are incredibly respectful of each others strengths
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone seems to be committed and not like we were a year or so ago.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we've stopped talking about it and actually started living it. It's come way more organically over the last 8 months than ever before. I have always said, a good company culture is one we don't have to talk about all the time and make sure it's apparent.
