Good. I love what I do and my feature teams. I wish there were fewer politics and less silly territorial nonsense from management, and I wish VPs had to justify every project with a business case and metrics before handing it down for someone else to do.

Flexible hours/working from home. It's essential.

Interesting work and a reasonable workload.

Sam, our CEO, listens to employees and acts. He's also a straight shooter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation needs to be increased to compensate for my skills and expertise, and also for the cost of living where I'm located. Cherwell underpays for my area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and like each other, and work very well together. Most everyone helps everyone else, and with the exception of my manager, never treats any question as stupid.
