They all seem to like each other and are willing to help where needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop building products that cause such headaches for customers to use, design or upgrade (that's the big one).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They state that they want a work/life balance but I am not sure how true that is as there are a lot of people that I see that are working well beyond their hours.
