I've thoroughly enjoyed my time since joining Cherwell. There's never a dull moment, but the team approach ensures customers are successful. Everyone is open to help everyone else. It's a wonderful feeling knowing you're never alone tackling any issue.

The coolest part about the culture and environment at Cherwell is that we still have the energy of a new technology company.

The incentive package and stock options are much appreciated. One is real now and the other shows a vested interest in the future.

There are a number of things I appreciate about the compensation package. I would single out the 401k matching as the best part. Not all companies do that.
