The leadership has a clear vision that they are working towards and having everyone in the company work towards. Very transparent and honest as per the values of the company.

Everyone in the company has the same view of the culture, the same work ethos, and the same desire to make Cherwell successful. There are are no ego's, or they are left at the door.

salary and benefits are not comparable with the market. I know I could earn more at other comparable companies. But the vision, people and culture play a part inthe overall happiness and love for the company.
