I have been very happy at Cherwell. I learn new things constantly, and the atmosphere of collaboration, and innovation is very fulfilling. My colleagues have been great support when I am faced with any challenges, and are so encouraging when helping me, and our customers, to succeed!

The atmosphere is one of collaboration and innovation, I am discovering new things every day!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help people, especially that moment when they get the "Aha!" reaction, when seeing how Cherwell is able to improve their work flow!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has been very open when answering questions, even those that may seem critical, and have always been transparent in what their future plans are. Communication with the staff has been excellent!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Apart from a competitive benefit package, the ability to have very flexible vacation time is one of my favorite things! There is no stress over needing to use up or bank personal days off as the year end approaches.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family. Not only does the group I work with have a great shared sense of humor, there is genuine compassion and caring shown to one another and to our customers, that I see examples of every day.
