The group I work with is motivated, and works hard to get the job done. No one is afraid to speak up with disagreements.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits made sense when we were a smaller company, but we have big company problems without the big company benefits. The pay is OK, but doesn't make up for the benefits. Specifically, the health and dental plans are expensive and still require a lot out of pocket.
