I like that they seem transparent and honest. They lean into difficult conversations with kindness. I also like that they show their quirky sides.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so creative and smart! The people on my direct team are so smart and very willing to help me with anything. We are all very supportive of each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I made a lot of money somewhere else and took a giant pay cut when I started working here. I love the culture and my manager, but I do a lot of work for only getting paid $25 an hour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that I am viewed as a human before an employee. My manager and coworkers reassure me that my personal life situations are the most important and they do whatever they can to support me when I need extra help. I have never seen anyone be aggressive or rude on my team.
