I have only seen positive changes at the company. But wages are not the best, I would say they are below average and getting a substantial raise is not possible unless you switch roles. Merit raises and bonuses are not impressive for business partners, so hard work is not truly rewarded.

Having set goals and get rewarded for hard work.

Their willingness to talk to their employees. The open door policy is not just a saying they really do want to hear from us. And do make change from what they hear.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They embrace flexibility, allow remote work, strive to provide opportunities for learning and advancement. Are constantly monitoring employee moral and make positive changes to make things better if a need is found.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To have all employees paid a living wage where they can pay their bills, save and have enough to support children. Currently not all employees are paid enough but are expected to stay with the company.
