Their transparency and willingness to share where the company is at currently in terms of budget and numbers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but believe that for the amount and quality of work that we as Assignment Co-ordinators do, we should be paid more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility to work from home and go into the office when I want to. The work itself is easy and I don't have to interact with the general public
