My teammates all care and are just good people. Funny and love interacting with them online & in person .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture can shift based on team leadership, division initiatives, changes to anything, and reps on team so culture for me is not something that is always the same. It is positive sometimes, sometimes not. In general CHG tries real hard and I appreciate that
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just tough right now in terms of how we have to work now in terms of DNC clients, and really platforms like LM. Too many changes have been made recently also. Relationship with BP's are lacking and it is challenging to do things timely, LOTS of hoops to jump through, and it makes work not fun.
