There are too many Chiefs launching their own private initiatives. We get bombarded with new "programs" or "initiatives" or "goals". The administrative overhead of just being at the company takes more time than actually doing the work of the company.

I feel like workers like me are falling behind compared to broad economic situation, and inflation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Core value culture is great, but there are so many new leaders that bring with them their ingrained culture, that we are at risk of losing our Core Values. Do we really need so many Chiefs?
