It is laid back and I rarely feel overworked or burned out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation itself is the best part. Our new health plans are not very good and don't cover everything my family needs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being flexible and open to change, go back to giving mid year COLAs. Cost of living has not stopped increasing, but my pay has.
