I thought I had worked for great companies and had jobs that I loved in the past, but this has exceeded my expectations. CHG is absolutely the best company I have worked for. I don't know how they do it, but they really do hire the best of the best and I feel fortunate to be included.
What makes you most happy at work?
My position is great for an introvert as myself, but it has the included benefit of knowing you are apart of a caring community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A hands off approach but knowing they are there when you need them and do everything they can to see you succeed and be happy in your role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You get the sense that we really do care about others. About making sure everyone feels included and making sure that individuals are taking care of themselves and their families first and foremost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone knows that inflation is out of control. I wouldn't be able to sustain a roof over head and food without combining with my partner and even then it feels like a struggle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others back. We care about each others well-being in and out of work. They brighten my day. It was not always so, but with the mediation of leadership and a focus on the CHG core values we have become the best of teams out there.
