We are the best people to work with

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 15 days ago

Idk its all great honestly

Pay in restaurants is typically hourly, and fair. Many locations offer higher rates than neighboring restaurants because the work is more difficult at CFA.

All of Above for Morning Thru Dinner Shift

great place to work for

free meal discount is great

Among the best. The business takes care of us in so many ways, to include pay and benefits.

The 50% off of meals every day when I don't have a shift and free meals when I do have a shift.

Pay and health benefits are the best thing

Review from Operations Dept

It is easy to work with

It s fast food so there isn't really benefits

Free college helps with debt

I don't really have one

Health insurance for full time employees.

Pay and benefits are WAY above most companies

Review from Operations Dept

I work part-time and do not have a compensation package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

a detailed description of our benefits in the company

They need to validate my work

An improved income. I was receiving no benefits or other compensations.

Better raises and work hours

Even though I can do FOH and BOH I do not get compensated for the extra work/skill. We do not get affordable insurance. Other than that do not really offer any benefits.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I just need this managers to understand that just because they are managers they cannot do wathever they want.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They always put same workers in the same positions

When I feel disrespected due to being scheduled outside my availability.

Getting enough hours to work

I got a written warning for something i did not do. Even after I told them, they forced me to sign the written warning. My coworkers have also gotten written up for things that are not in the handbook. Select leaders are very partical.

I feel unvalued because they keep putting me in the same position. I asked to be full-time and I put on my application full-time and I’m only getting 20 to 36 hours. I’ve only got 36 hours of one week and I’ve been there for two months, I just got my uniform only got one u

We're expected to do too much for barely above minimum wage.

Poor treatment of kitchen staff from leadership and occasional unwillingness to let individuals speak out about their problems. Fair treatment and better pay compensation.

I was one of the beat breaders at that location and still was treated un fairly because of my mentall illness and my situation. Younger team leads and management showed no respect. Im 32.

If i actually felt listened to but again leadership at this chickfila is a joke

My manager doesnt care about my well being

Chirsy chicken sandwich with pickles

There are no benefits. They stress you should be happy with Sunday off

Very undervalued at the store on Academy colorado springs

I'm paid 1250 an hour held to a very high standard of customer service and performance and what I do not perform to that standard I'm criticized and scrutinized and not at all a character building company to try to make you better. They don't care about you
