Need better managment. Not ran by kids

Management. Especially one of our managers in specific. I think reviewing who's deserving of management positions should be the start.

Leadership is not willing to change. They look for the negative. And always find it. They don't listen to the team. They make excuses for when they do things wrong or they yell at people. They don't approach the situation with a question. But with a you did this wrong. They need to learn to listen.

Chick-Fil-A at a airport Terminal E is an express service and quick service and customers expect a more variety of food options choice like at a regular restaurant.

no one respects each other in our workplace because of our senior directors and they don't care about our team.

Managers are big headed and undervalue everyone trying to change anything about what is failing at the location.

Lack of culture, lack of leaders. Get a new administration and people trained to be in higher positions.

Leadership doesn't take their jobs or positions seriously, but reprimand the lower rated employees if they don't give 110% of themselves. It's an exhausting cycle of fake leadership and overworked team members

Management. The right example could be set. Proffesionalism. Better at hiring the right workers. Hostile environments not being created by leadership and being enabled by leadership to regular workers.

Employees need to be engaged more.

Decisions are made by a small group of directors without any consideration of other managers' opinions. Changes are implemented without discussion and no one can do anything about it.
