THERES NO BENEFITS. WE'RE UNDERVALUED AND UNDERPAID. EVEN THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY COMPARED TO THE PEASANT EMPLOYEES

Put as much effort as I did to keep up quality of product and cleanliness of restaurant. As well as paying attention to their jobs and not just playing around all the time.

Management. Especially one of our managers in specific. I think reviewing who's deserving of management positions should be the start.
Leadership is not willing to change. They look for the negative. And always find it. They don't listen to the team. They make excuses for when they do things wrong or they yell at people. They don't approach the situation with a question. But with a you did this wrong. They need to learn to listen.
