Pay in restaurants is typically hourly, and fair. Many locations offer higher rates than neighboring restaurants because the work is more difficult at CFA.

Being able to talk to my team members and few leaders and when we get new people its always a fresh environment for them to open up and talk to everyone.
at a different store that I worked the morale an culture is amazing with team work. The crestwood, Il store is unprofessional with management and allowing harrassment

Nothing. This place brings me utter despair.
Working with the people that I am able to depend on to get the job done and I can Help them whenever they need help
My coworkers, food, and leaving.
Getting to hang out with cool people.
