Our team supports one another and we realize that in order to be successful it's all about the team work.

base is market rate - i hope we get our bonus confirmed for next year and have that map to radford levels.

I have. made friendships here that will last a lifetime! I learn from my team members every day and look forward to interacting with them ( even on ZOOM!)

for most of my team they are extremely dedicated and love what they are doing. they embody that company core values and want to succeed for themselves and coworkers.

good humans. while nobody has to be best friends people genuinely like one another. there is a mutual respect no matter what level or what function you are apart of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and honesty. That being said if leadership doesn't concentrate on DEI at Exec level and Board level it makes it difficult to push on gender and ethnic diversity as a company.
