Offsites and the willingness to spend the $$ to get teams together for coworking sessions and team bonding.

Everyone cares for one another, and we're pretty quick to help one another out. My boss also does a lot to facilitate a good team dynamic and growth for the design team members.

Funny, smart, down-to-earth team. Also one of the most diverse companies I've worked at (DEI efforts clearly aren't just lip service here like they've been at other companies I've worked at int he past)

Collaborating with such a great team and seeing all of the stuff we've accomplished. Also, the design team is diverse, pretty funny, and fun to work with - lots of psychological safety overall, so people bring their real selves to work.

One of our core values is "Supportive" and that's taken seriously and visible throughout the org - from how caring team members are, the quality of our benefits, the encouragement to take time off, and deliberately evaluating all candidates to see how they align with that value. (Not just talk!)
