Good pay and benefits nicely cover a family of four.

Great at coworking, care deeply about the success of the product and each other.

Talking to users, learning new things, solving hard problems, getting to work with really nice people.

Great vision and domain understanding. Clearly focused and product-led, not given to knee jerk reactions. Emotional intelligence and caring.

Top-notch designers who are also great people. Capable of executing as individuals, but with a strong bent towards collaboration and asking for help.

We do a good job bringing in not only top talent, but also great people. There is nobody here that I don't like working with.

I think our company values accurately reflect the interactions I have with my colleagues (no egos, etc). I truly love getting to work with these people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to pick a favorite. I'm paid well and it's awesome that the company pays for our entire health benefits package. Also, I've become attached to the lunch stipend :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong attitude of bringing your whole self to work, while balancing that with a shared desire to deliver cool things and answers to hard problems. Also, I love that we're so research-forward and don't rely on egos to make decisions.

It's easy to be positive when the company is so successful. :) There is an optimism that is shared by everyone at the company not only that we'll succeed, but that we'll have a product that solved problems nobody else is solving.
