People genuinely care about each other and we all understand and know that culture is the one factor of this company that has to be steady and non-volatile.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we say "No Ego" we actually mean it. I haven't met anyone on our team who's ego is bigger than their compassion and desire to learn and listen.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that the company views mine and other teams as more than just a cost center. That our value is irreplaceable and we can't just be a second thought if we genuinely care about the future of Chronosphere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that it's thoughtful. Top tier insurance packages are one thing, but Family Planning and Gender Affirmation benefits show the genuine care and thoughts that went into our benefits packages. Plus I'm never going to turn down a free $500 a month for lunch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When it comes to what matters when it comes to leadership at companies, it all boils down to two things in my mind. Do they still remember what its like when they were just employees and are they transparent? Those two things have never even been questions since the first day I joined.
