I have had my best career experience at Chronosphere. I feel valued and like that my contributions are recognized. I love that it is an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment that encourages experimenting. I truly enjoy working with the people here.

No Egos. There are many smart, successful people here, but everyone is generally a good person and willing to help where necessary.

No egos. These are some of the smartest people in this industry and I have yet to meet someone that seems to have a chip on their shoulder or thinks they are better than everyone else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No egos. Lot of serious work being done but everyone laughs and seem happy to pitch in when needed. the great ideas people have actually get executed. Willingness to try new things and learn from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I learn a lot from the people I work with, and I hope they learn things from me. And when someone does something good that supports the goals of the company they are generally recognized. That is encouraging and motivating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are friendly and I feel we truly all have the best interest of each other and the company at heart. There is very little politics in my group/team. People don't have egos and everyone works together to achieve the best outcomes.
