Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Starting from the top, the people are considerate of others while also being sharp + being good at making strategic decisions. I think this combination is our special sauce of success, and I hope it continues.

Market rate pay, equity in a company doing well

Pardon my french, but overall there is transparency and a lack of BS that is truly inspiring.

Smart, experienced in the industry, they are strategic, they care about work-life balance, honest, they care about company success

I like my base salary! I like that there are bonuses in the forms of cash and equity as well.

I feel happy when I get valuable things done and spend an amount of time that's proportional to the value

I love to see the impact I'm having, and I love seeing the contributions from across the company. I like listening to points of view from my co-workers.

Genuinely cares about people and about building a company that is good to work at, mature, smart, understands the market very well, is strategic about what the company works on, is transparent, does not micromanage
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited to be making tools that are truly useful to other companies. I'm excited to make the best version of those tools. I like my teammates, and I'm happy to be part of this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are competent and down-to-earth. No one is exhibiting unhealthy behaviors (defensiveness or over-working). I see high-quality, skillfull work eveywhere I look, but also see it being done without the sense that people are over-working or burning out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everyone is excited to be part of this company and seize an opportunity, while at the same time there is maturity that doesn't always coexist with fast-growing startups. I think it's great that people are ambitious and skilled, but steady and realistic at the same time.

everyone is genuinely bought into the goals of the company -- there is vision / sense of what we could achieve, and everyone is excited to work toward that. the people at the top are considerate of others, which means the entire culture feels healthy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the salary, because I'm paid generously. That said, I'm also pleased that I have the option to early exercise my options and that there is a chance for a yearly bonus. I also want to call out that we have access to up to $15k for gender affirmation and/or family planning procedures.
