I'm new, so still getting ramped. Too many meetings that don't provide value (eg All Hands every week, really?!). The company also needs to be more aggressive at doing "whatever it takes" to aggressively land new customers (right now, they're risk averse). Sales leadership is awesome.

I'm 4 months into the role. There's a lot to be excited about, and a lot to work on. It's a big opportunity and I'm thrilled to be part of the journey

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People-first and understanding that we have obligations more important outside of work. Additionally, CRO sales culture and intensity is welcomed and desperately needed for the company to be successful.
