What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a pretty diverse and talented group from a wide range of backgrounds and expertises.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is pretty competitive, and we get an additional stipend for food as well. I don't feel under appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their direct transparency. I generally feel super connected to the mission and how my work relates to the larger organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone feels like they are on the same team. We are all looking to accomplish on our mission and there isn't much internal competition. Everyone is very empathetic
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on really challenging UI and UX problems! Some of these haven't been solved by the industry yet so its a chance to break new ground!
