They're open about the bad stuff that's happening, not just the good stuff.

They're dedicated, and they really want to make things better. They're great about sharing stuff they've learned.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
pretty much the salary, I don't use any of the insurance benefits as I am insured through my spouse.

They're very open and honest about what's going on with the company. They consistently communicate, and they're clearly on board with ensuring equitable treatment of everyone in the company.

The strong, strong emphasis on diversity - recognizing that diverse voices are not always heard, and working to ensure that doesn't keep happening here. People are excited to be here, and they're enthusiastic and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't actually use much of mine, but I LOVE that there's things like gender affirming care and care specifically aimed at non-cis-het-white people. This company seems very "No, seriously. Everyone's physical and mental health matters."
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting stuff actually pushed out where users can see it - it's great to be able to point at something and be able to have our CS team, etc be able to just use it because everything they need is there.
