Everything has been a whirlwind so far. There is a lot to do and never enough time but at the same time; I am excited for the challenge.

I joined the company at its peak in terms of momentum and its been challenging/downhill ever since. My career growth is minimal. Teams here have been more protective and resulted to more finger pointing than taking accountability for the problems we run in to.
