I've only been here a few months now but it's a refreshing change - everyone is kind but focused. The balance is really great for how I want to work and be challenged.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been one of the greatest experiences of my professional life. I don't see myself working anywhere else; if my tenure at Chronosphere were to end I'd probably just retire rather than try and outdo this experience.

It's very complete. Pay is fair.

Collaborating with people and all the learning I get to do

They're friendly, kind, transparent, and extremely professional. They're everything I think an executive team should be.

They're all top of their game! Everyone is very professional and empathetic and helpful and kind. It's a great group of folks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on such a great product for such a diverse and dynamic group of folks. Working with my closest peers.

Everyone is top of their game but humble - there are (nearly) no egos, just huge wealths of skill and experience to draw from
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They've thought of a lot of dusty corners that are often overlooked in benefit packages. The wellness and home work stipends are second to none.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's got a great attitude. We like to say "impossible is nothing" and we live that every day. Our values of no egos permeate every interaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really think they ARE a leadership team, and not the typical bunch of seat fillers. They really care, they really work hard to build and grow the company by way of growing the people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone supports each other, everyone knows that we're all super skilled but figuring out how to be a company and build a product and business at the same time. So we have very level expectations of one another.
