My absolute favorite thing is hearing feedback from customers about how we've helped them do things they previously struggled with or gave up trying to accomplish

Everyone is invested in making things better; people are always interested in helping to improve things however they can, particularly to help make our customers experiences better

I think I'm most happy when I get to see what I do make a difference and have a positive outcome for the team or our customers

Everyone is genuinely invested in making other members of the team successful; we always stop and help each when someone needs it, and we regularly celebrate each others accomplishments
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team puts a lot of effort into being transparent, and making themselves accessible to employees who have questions about our direction/goals. I think that's really important and it means a lot to me to see.

Leadership generally does a good job in keeping us up to date about what is happening in the organization; in my individual interactions with leaders they also very clearly care about me as a person and are always attentive to feedback and interested in doing better when they can
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like everyone genuinely cares about everybody else, and is always willing to help out however they can - sometimes without being asked to do so, even if it's not strictly their job. The support and sense that "we're all in this together" makes for a really encouraging environment.
