Overall I think Chronosphere can be really great. My future, and the companies future, seems a BIT uncertain at the moment since I was told by my leaders that advancement would only come at the success of the company.

I believe I'm paid at the higher end, which is great!

They're really good people and some of the best in the business.

When we get new customers and all the hard work was worth it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that the CEO and product team believe in the path forward. The GTM leadership team doesn't seemed very well aligned and the CMO is completely checked out.
