My team is small, but mighty. We get stuff done and we have a good time doing it.

Everyone is smart, but not so smart they are jerks. Everyone is wiling to pitch in and help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid fairly, given options, health care is also completely paid for based on the plan I chose.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all accessible and transparent. I never feel like I am on an island by myself or unaware of what it going on within the company.
