My company was acquired but after the acquisition. There is no severe impact for my working tasks. Everything is working fine and able to continue for improments of OSS stuffs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Observability related things are quickly changed. So, it can't bring boring things to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the first patch could be created and worked as intended, it brings me a feeling of accomplishment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When working remotely, clarifying goals frequently needed. To clarify goals periodically and continuously adjusted should be needed. To achieve this, team members are also behaving proactively at least.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my team members are living in the different time zones. So, it should be able to handle issues 24/5. This could be exciting things and hard things to overcome this obstacle.
