Making connections in the Ed Tech industry and learning how to become a better professional in my field.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a competitive incentive to increase my pay with the more work that is put in. I like how SPIF is also incorporated monthly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom to create your schedule pending that you complete your work in a timely fashion. Having the flexibility to work from home is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very open and communicates how the vision from the Corporate level and down. Helpful for when there are issues that need to be addressed.
