Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A 25% raise in base would bring me to market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never felt pressure to not take a vacation or time-off when I've needed it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I watch out for each other and are a support group for each other where things get tough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a collection of odd ducks who have a ton of industry knowledge and really care about the success of the company and individual employees.
