What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and availability - Everyone is very clear and open, and there does not appear to be any kind of caste system - no matter what level anyone is willing to jump in and help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a hard question to effectively respond to. The company is still in its infancy, and that means that things are more chaotic than they would be at a more mature organization. People need to have that perspective in mind. Work/Life balance will come.
