It is a great company, great leadership, and a great mission. For my role, it has been challenging and inconsistent, expectations of me have been unclear. I feel as though I am hindered here to achieve my goals and grow. However, I am optimistic about the the future of my role and deptartment.

Less bureaucracy. A more expanded layer of people managers, smaller, more focused teams.

It is a large team with employees who get the opportunity to be leaders.

The company gave me a base salary that is in the normal range for the role title
