Love the energy they bring and the support they provide.

That it is results driven, not metrics (call output, email pings, etc).
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of collaboration, everyone hypes each other up and supports one and other.
What makes you most happy at work?
That although it's fully remote, I still feel as connected, if not more, with my co-workers than I have in any office job. The culture here makes work enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it is a "people first" mentality. When I had COVID and when I was out on paternity leave, the support I received from my team and the company as a whole, was amazing!
