What do you like best about the leadership team?

Honest, Transparent, Communicative, mostly responsive. Some are better than others.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is competitive. Health insurance is not great. Cigna is the worst.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is a tight knit group of professionals who are strong communicators.

What makes you most happy at work?

Communicating with people I respect. People I can learn from and people who can learn from me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Strong communication ethic from most (but not all). We must find a way to hold people accountable instead of walking around eggshells for fear of offending someone.
