I feel that my team started with a handycap. I feel confident that my team can get ahead of this handycap. I am struggling with my direct manager. I worry that my team will have exits this year due to burnout.

The engineers on my team do not bring any ego, it's easy to communicate and find solutions. People are not afraid to be wrong, and also do not need to be correct.
