I love the experience I've had at Class so far. But there are definitely areas for improvement. My team is very understaffed. There has also been a lot of turnover in our departmental leadership, making it difficult to find a solid cadence for process improvement.

We collaborate on projects together fairly well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing that customers are satisfied with the product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very humorous and they make the job fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The humor! I feel like im always laughing about somethint here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I put in a lot of time outside of business hours, but my PTO requests have been overlooked. If I was paid $10K more annually I would feel like my time was respected more.
